> What are the conditions of returning an item for a refund or exchange?
    • All items you intend on returning need to be sent back no later than 45 days after the date featured on your Sole Central invoice (the one emailed to you upon purchase)
    • Please check your junk mail folder for the invoice email as it may have landed there.
    • All returns / exchanges are done via the post with return shipping costs paid for by the customer returning the goods.
    • If an exchange is requested, there will be no shipping fee to send out a new pair if within Australia. For New Zealand customers a $7.50 exchange shipping fee applies and for other countries, pricing will be advised upon request.
    • Unfortunately we can not accept any returns if the goods have been marked or show clear signs of wear/use. If they are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund or exchange will not be processed and a return shipping fee of $10.00 charged to send the items back.
    • Items discounted more than 30% (at time of purchase) can only be exchanged or receive a store credit; all other items are eligible for either an exchange or a full product refund.
    • Full product refund refers to the product value of the item/s purchased, less any discounts applied and does not cover the initial shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable unfortunately.
    • Exchanges can be made for any item on the website site whether they are more or less expensive. If the value of the exchange item/s exceed the value of the original purchase an additional payment will be required.
    • All items being returned must be placed back into their original packaging.

    > What is the process for returning an item for a refund or exchange?

      • All items you wish to return for a refund or exchange need to be sent back to:

          • Please enclosure a copy of you the invoice that was emailed to you at the time of purchase and write on it if you would like a full product refund or an exchange.  If you don't have it or don't have a printer, a note with at minimum your name and order number is needed.
          • If you require an exchange please write the model, size and colour you are after.
            • If it's a refund you require please simply write ' please refund '.
            • Refunds and exchanges need to meet the conditions outlined above to be eligible.

            > Fast Track an Exchange 

            • If you're after an exchange and are in a hurry you can always place a completely new order online. This means it will be dispatched prior to your return being processed and arrive quicker. 
            • This also helps avoid the item you want being sold as we wait for your return.
            • If you take this option just request a refund for the pair you return NOT an exchange, to avoid being charged twice.
