The Firm Ground Outsole is made from a sticky rubber compound for maximum grip and durability. With a 3mm base and 2.5mm lug height, plus a textured arch for zonal grip (ideal for technical trail movement), this sole will keep your feet firmly planted on multiple terrains — wet to dry, concrete to rocky.

• UPPER: Vamp: 100% Recycled polyester mesh, Overlay: 95% recycled polyester/5% recycled spandex
• LINING: Mesh:100% Recycled polyester, Microfiber: 80% recycled polyester / 20% Polyurethane
• FASTENING: Laces
• LACES: 100% Recycled polyester
• INSOLE: Ortholite Performance: 98% Recycled Polyurethane Foam / 2% Water-based binding agent
• OUTSOLE: 90% Synthetic rubber / 10% Natural rubber

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FROM RECYCLABLES: 

• With an already recyclable outsole, the upper is now made from 100% polyester, which can be recycled taking these shoes from 34% to 76% polyester, of which 93% is recyclable.
• Some parts of the upper still need extra durability that polyester can't yet provide but Vivobarefoot are working toward creating a fully recyclable shoe.
