Sole Central reserves the right to change, alter and/or modify the terms of use at anytime and you agree to be bound by these changes, alterations and/or modifications.

90 Day Return and Exchange Policy

We at Sole Central would hope you are happy with your purchase however to make online shopping easier we offer an unbeatable 90 day return / exchange policy (conditions apply if a refund/exchange is to be processed – please see below for further details).

The 90 day starts from the date featured on the invoice. All returns / exchanges are done via post with return shipping costs paid for by the buyer/person returning the goods, unless the incorrect goods were shipped or the goods arrived damaged, in which case Sole Central will pay reasonable shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not accept any returns if the goods have been marked or show any signs of wear/use. If they are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee of $10.00 charged.

The goods must be placed back into their original packaging. You must also include a copy of your receipt (if you have lost it you can print the one emailed to you when the original order was placed) as without the receipt we are unfortunately unable to process a refund or exchange.

Please write on the invoice whether you would like a full product refund or an exchange. If it's an exchange please state the model, size and colour you are after. In the event we do not have the pair you want in stock you will be notified via email and:

(i) Informed when we more stock of the item you are after is coming in and given the option to wait.

(ii) Offered alternative but similar products currently in stock

(ii) Given the option of taking advantage of our 90 day full product refund policy

Exchanges can be made for any item on the website site whether is be more or less expensive. The difference with be either refunded or charged to the same method of payment used in the original order unless agreed otherwise.

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery. No responsibility will be taken for parcels that have not been signed for by Sole Central or one of our representatives. If the returned item/s are to be exchanged, a $5.00 shipping fee will be charged per item. Alternatively you can send an Australia Post satchel (Express or Regular is fine) back with the product/s and this can be used to send the new item/s.

For all products returned to us within the 90 day period that comply with the above conditions a refund that covers the cost of the product/s will be made via the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. Please note that shipping costs can unfortunately not be refunded with returns/exchanges.

Sole Central respects the personal information provided to us by our customers. The information we collect is handled sensitively, stored securely and with high regard to privacy. Information collected is not in anyway shared, sold, given away, published or distributed outside of Sole Central.

This information is only used internally to help process your order and develop a better understanding of the needs and preferences of our customers. We reserve the right to use this information to occasionally inform you of promotions, special events or changes in our business. All prices are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars.

Payment can be made using your credit card over our secure payment gateway. Sole Central accepts Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard and uses eWay (Australia's largest third party payment gateway) to process transactions.

When providing your personal and credit card details on this site they are done so using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a security technology that is commonly used for encrypting communications between users and e-commerce websites. The SSL protocol encrypts the data during the transaction process to prevent eavesdropping and tampering of data you send and receive.

Advertised savings are based on buying from www.solecentral.com.au when compared to some other Australian retailers and online stores. Please note that savings are not based on any previously advertised prices by Sole Central.
