The delivery period refers to the number of business days it takes to process and deliver the parcel to your nominated address (Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not counted as business days). The first business day is counted as the day after payment has been received.

To keep you informed an email will be sent to you confirming your parcel is on its way. All parcels are delivered by Australia Post.  If no one is there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left unless the parcel can be securely placed in the post box or left on your doorstep. We recommend you provide an address where someone will be during the day e.g. your work address.

Deliveries are address to address and not person to person, so drivers are able to provide the parcel to whoever answers the door. Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday during the business hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Unfortunately we do not accept pick ups.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a correct and safe shipping address is provided. After the parcel has been shipped we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address or recall the parcel. A tax receipt will be provided via email and also in your parcel. This will outline your purchase and payment method and other pre and post sales information.
